Pressure from a vendor to close my open dispute case.

Hey Everyone,
Has anyone else had experience with a vendor trying to pressurise you into closing an open dispute case before they will agree to send you a refund, even in writing?
FYI: The vendor has already offered me a "voucher" to use on their website, which I do not want as they were unable to fulfil the 1 order I made already.
Thanks for any advice you can offer.
