So I preordered 2 items from a seller last year from limited run games first in may and second in August I knew the items wouldn't be released for a few months so understood it would take possibly 6 months to receive them but the seller has told me different things so many times when I've asked questions and recently hasn't replied to messages in a month so I think I've been scammed tried opening a case but apparently because it's past 90 days (which the seller was probably banking on for the scam) the case was closed immediately is there any way round this? As it isn't fair at all
