My account was unduly permanently suspended.All attempts to resolve the issue has yielded no results.Funds in my balance was to be held for 180 days, after which Paypal was to send me an email with instructions about withdrawing my funds.It has been well over 210 days and i have received no email and nothing is being done.How do i proceed on this issue?
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
