I was looking through my transaction history on my bank account this afternoon and saw that there was a transaction of $11.90 on October 8th under the name "Preauthorized Debit PayPal". I have no memory of this, it doesn't show up in my transactions on PayPal, and I want to know if I can look into more details of it; if I find that I never authorized this transaction, I also want to know if there is a way to refund it/get my money back.
