Hey, I’m a idiot and bought something on tiktok and got scammed, they blocked me after. They seem to be scamming quite a sum of people. I can’t get a refund because I sent it through friends, but I don’t want anyone else getting scammed. Could I potentially get them banned for fraud/scamming or is that not possible? Thanks

Hello @Charles148,
Welcome to the PayPal community and thank you for your post.
If we received enough complaints about a merchant, we will investigate this in full.
Unfortunately, payments sent using the 'Friends & Family' option are not covered under our Buyer Protection policy and we will be unable to take any action on this I'm afraid.
Remember though that our protection is just an extra layer of security. You still have all of your normal consumer rights and if you paid with a bank or card, your bank may also offer protection.
