I'd like to know if anyone has received an email from PP ship now that the PO says I paid to little for postage. I sent a 2 ounce manila envelope to CA and PP ship now calculated it at $3.17. Now the ***bleep*** PO is saying I owe another %3.97! That's a total of $7.14!! For 2 ounces!! I can't even find this problem in the list of grievances!  What do I do?

Its possible. USPS has a system now to charge folks for underpaying postage in association with PayPal. If the shipping service does not apply to your item USPS could upgrade to Priority Mail.

Did you ship the envelope first class package? What service level did you use originally? I do not even see a published commercial base rate for $3.17 with first class package.

Click on the transaction, is there anything there that lets you challenge it?
