Postage refund

On the 18th Aug. I applied for postage refund. I had an email to say it was accepted and it would take 5 working days. I have emailed nfhem twice and they assure me it will be refunded and to be patient. I still have not received anything. How long should I be patient for. My patience is running out

Hi, pls make a police report. I have made mine and lets hope the police will get paypal to freeze their funds and block their account.
