I bought an item ggot in touch with seller seller who said would except my return I seem that I have to pay over£10 to send to the States the item was £6.97 what should I do Thxs

Paypal will compensate you for some of the cost if you have activated this at some point before you made that transaction.

You also have the option to do a chargeback via your card issuer instead of a Paypal dispute if you funded your Paypal payment via a credit card.
