I ordered an item from Ebay. Only $31.00 total. The USPS says on the tracking they left it outside my apartment door on Tuesday, May 15. I never received it. The apartment manager says new carrier that day. Ebay says too bad the USPS says it was delivered. Maybe, but not to me.
What are my options? This is the first time this has ever happened.
