This seller by the name of Liron <removed> (I have the email which I paid to) has yet to deliver his product after payment of USD 40 was made. Transaction id : 5H289087VV891080N. Any possible way to stop this person from future business on PayPal, and to reduce his future victims. Thank you.
Even in the case that the transaction was impossible to be reversed, at least ban the scammer’s PayPal account to prevent him using the same account to scam more people.
