Possible scam

I ordered a 10” table saw from Russell Bates 85$.  Said shipped by USPS, BUT was handed off to Amazon.  
Did not receive!!!  Left on front porch, no notification to me of delivery.  Wife home all day, No Activity on cameras.

SCAM???
