Hi, does anyone know the seller CHICFAB LTD? On 30d of June I placed an order at the site FULLFITTINGS and paid via PayPal. I realized that Paypal gave me the name CHICFAB and an email address. I sent a message to them and the reply was in chinese ( I translated it by means of Google and realised that my email couldn't be delivered because the "seller's" inbox couldn't receive it !
I contacted Paypal to ask to cancel the payment. For Paypal it was not an unauthorized transaction and closed it. In the meantime I was charged with the sum of money of the order. Paypal won't accept another claim on the 'same' issue.
What can I do ? Please help.

An unauthorised dispute means that you are telling paypal that your account was hacked and someone other than you made that transaction.
Paypal would check IP addresses and devices and see that you did make the transaction and so close the dispute.
You are allowed x1 dispute per transaction and should really have opened a dispute for non receipt of item BUT if the seller provided a tracking number you would lose that one as well.
You had up to 180 days to open a paypal dispute so it would have been best to wait and see if the seller shipped and if they didn't open a dispute for non receipt and if it arrived but was misdescribed then you could have filed a dispute for that instead.
Your best bet is to wait and hope the seller ships and the item arrives as described.
If not you can try contacting paypal and see if they will open a second dispute for you (not always a given unfortunately) or if you funded your paypal payment via a credit card then you could try a chargeback via your card issuer?
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

I had the EXACT same problem. Ordered from one company and it was a company in China. I tried to cancel my order because it TOOK forever to ship out yet the company would NEVER respond. Then, once I received it, the items did not match the size chart. I was somewhat harrassed when their customer service department would respond. I started a claim in the resolution center at Paypal. The items I received had a Rosedale, NY return address on it yet ChicFab LTD gave Paypal a China address to send back to which costs four times to ship to the US. I argued with point with Paypal YET Paypal still ruled in favor of the seller and I had to pay the high cost to return to China. This was fraud yet Paypal supported it! Now, I get to wait who knows how long to get my refund because the seller has to receive it first even though I supplied proof of shipment and copy of my receipt! I'm not sure why Paypal can get by with allowing these overseas companies to do fraudelent activity and then support it!

The same thing happened to me. I did not know this co. was in China. Facebook has all these companies advertising and I fell for it twice. They dont tell you they are in China of course and you think your protected because your paying with paypal. I will never order off facebook again and I will not pay by paypal unless its a U.S. company that I know. Im out $60.00 Paypal opened the case but did nothing, this company never sent items and then with pp they came way too late after my **bleep** they dont fit and I dont know where to send them back but I surely will not send to China. They have not answered seven of my messages and no one cares.

Chinese Web Sites or on Facebook easy to spot so buyer beware.
Remember Facebook don't vet sellers.
1. No return address on the returns policy............thats because the site will look as if its in your country (where they despatch goods from) BUT they will ask for returns to go back to China (returns depot) at a shipping cost nearly always more than the item is worth.
2. No contact telephone number............if you click on contact the most you will get is webmail or an email address.
3. No company address information.
4. Great items at 'bargain' prices ie tat.

The company with PayPal account:<removed> is using PayPal to sell illegal software. I have already reported this to Google Inc. who will have a serious issue with you (PayPal) allowing this merchant to sell ILLEGAL software used to DEFRAUD Google AdWords Publishers out of their earnings. I doubt you'll ignore this email. Yes the LAWSUITS are coming. http://www.trafficbotpro.com/ http://www.amzchief.com/
