Possible fraud transaction - pending

I made a purchase three days ago and there are a number of red flags pointing to fraudulent behaviour, and need to know how to cancel a pending transaction. Since placing the order, I have received no confirmation of the purchase (in inbox or junk), the web address listed under Seller Details on the paypal email receipt doesn't exist and I've had no luck getting a response from the supplier as to whether the order has even been placed / is confirmed or when I can expect delivery. The paypal transaction is also still pending, so I can't dispute it or do anything until they actually take the money; I want to stop it before this happens.

 

What do I do? And how can I stop them taking my money?
