Pay Pal is a bank.
They should never be allowed to hold funds based on a return.
They do not know the circumstances behind the transaction.
How this scammer is taking money, how eBay is forcing me, yes forcing me to give a refund to this scammer. Why doesn't eBay check the buyer's feedback and comments? She has a LOT of negative feedback for a reason. She is a scammer.
Pay Pal will hold any funds I have in order to give it to this scammer.
I am living on very little money. I can barely survive. I went onto eBay to make extra money to survive.
Now, this is taking food money from me. She lied. I caught her in a lie. I told eBay to read her letters, what little there were of them. She admitted it!!!!!! He returns the item by just slapping a label on the box. When I mailed it, I took great care.
Now, nobody cares, just give the scammer what she wants. A trusted, long-time seller gets **bleep**.
There has got to be some law against Pay Pal hold my money ransom. I am going to lodge a complaint with Consumer Projection group.
