Does anyone know how to communicate with someone at the Resolution Center, I bought advertised new Air pods in June, that had instead, been sold last year a, as confirmed by Apple. The Company out of China, refurbished these with generic products, a clear cut case, for a return of my money, I was given an out of the country return address that was not legible and as stated by the US Postal service fictitious. i have as of the present October been supplied with a legitimate address, return of my monies or any feedback from PayPal. I am unable to speak with anyone and at present filing a complaint with the BBB and cancelling my Paypal account, what a shame how Paypal does not take care of their clients.
