Please review my account, My account is limited, cannot work again

I don't know why my account is limited, in limited information there is no link showing to resolve or revoke account limit. I have verified my bank account, and credit card but am still unable to open account limits. Please review my account

Unfortunately, no one in the forums can review your account because we are only PayPal users helping other PayPal users. But check the resolution center to take steps in removing account limitations:

However if you do not see steps to resolving the limitation, please contact customer service:
Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.
