I was wondering why I can no longer use my paypal account and I don’t even know what are those violation I have done. If in this case I am forever banned, how can I retrieved or withdraw my remaining balance. Pls do help.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
