i did reply to this but my account is still there, i wanna close it and create a new one for the same mail , can i make a new account to the same mail and phone number ?
i cant close my account my self cz it say contact support for some reason.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
