I opened a buyer protection case after a scam transaction.  The seller of seriously shoddy goods has offered to pay less than half of the purchase price.

 

This isn't good enough and is clearly how the seller is making money - essentially stealing from people as the store link etc that I received in ym receipt email have all been deatcivated.

 

I want to respond to the open case but every time I submit my response I get an error message.

 

I have tried calling Paypal but the call just drops out and times out then disconnects.

 

How can I contact Paypal in Australia please to utilise my buyer protection and get a full refund?

 

I have tried replying to the email Paypal sent me but it a do not reply address and the email I sen bounced back.

 

Someone please help me regarding this?
