Can someone please tell me how I can get in touch with a real live person PayPal. They have locked up $8,000 of mine saying I wasn't consistent with the user agreement and permanently Banned Me that's the only explanation I've gotten I cannot get through to a real person or get any kind of help I need the money out of my account it is not fraudulent or illegal at all it's just the back pay from employment I don't understand how PayPal can get away with this. I just need to know how I can get in contact with somebody who can help me or how I go about taking this matter to the courts please thank you
