I was selling an item and someone had already purchased it through ebay but two people sent me the funds and I tried refunding one of the guys funds through paypal and it wouldn’t let me send the cash back so he filed a dispute and he only paid me 304 and i was charged for 314 on the refund and now i have a negative balance and i can’t pay it back because paypal put restrictions on my account and it’s asking me for a bank receipt, but I was only selling one thing that I bought for myself months ago and I was just trying to sell it for some cash. Will the 9 dollars charge interest and keep racking up? Can i just delete paypal? i don’t really care if i can’t purchase or sell through it I just want to be sure nothing will happen if i ignore it
