I made a purchase for a online product though PayPal and the payment went off my account 3 times. I received nothing from the vendor and my PayPal account has no trace of any payment being made. What do I do?

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues with a recent purchase. I normally wait about 7-10 days max for a tracking number or shipping notification. If you haven't received anything by then, please contact our Customer Support so we can look into starting an Item Not Received dispute / claim for you. Normally you can start this dispute online through our Resolution Center, but since you don't see anything in your account, our Support Team can help start everything there.
