Please help me - NO IDEA WHAT TO DO

Hi everyone,

basically what happened on my graduation day my PayPal access card was stolen. The person who stole it made 4 transactions.

Paypal refused to give me the money back that has been spent by the thief.

I therefore contacted my bank and they returned me the money that has been withdrawn through PayPal when the card was stolen.

Now PayPal has put me in minus on the money that the bank has returned to me. They are claiming my money has not been stolen, and I can not seem to get anywhere with the customer service?

I do not understand how they can do that? Can anyone advice what I should do?

Hi Michelle,

Thanks for your reply,

I wanted to send PayPal all my evidence of their mistakes and a massive essay that I wrote about what happened. I can not seem to find an email address. The only thing that I find is the contact us - email us through the account but it only has 2500 word limit and you can not attach anything. Do you know how I can contact them in more words? Or should I send a physical letter? If so what address?

Thanks

Hi @Pobi,

I'm sorry to hear that you're not given an opportunity to attach documents in the email webform.

Typically the ability to upload is present when there is a dispute or other action that requires documentation. If you reach out using one of the methods Michelle gave to establish the conversation, a representative can offer options for upload if documentation is needed.

I hope this can be resolved for you quickly!

Ok so I made an email in the email me section and just received an automatic response. I also followed Michelles advice and made a facebook enquire which I was ignored upon. Screenshot 2019-08-13 at 16.57.14.png

Hi @Pobi,

I'm sorry that it seems like you're being ignored. It appears the person you spoke with has escalated your query to a specialist, and your messages are queued to be responded to. They'll be with you as soon as they can. I am sorry for the delay.

HI Olivia,

no one replied to me still on facebook.

I sent an email and it was also a dead end with an automatic reply.

I spend over 2 hours calling the service I keep getting placed into different customer services and departments with nothing really that was resolved.

Is there really nothing I can do? How can a business operate in a way where a simple issue can not be resolved/ no one knows how?
