Please help!! PayPal closed my dispute, but I provided proof of return

PayPal said I didn't provide proof of return, but I have multiple:

1.  USPS tracking number (U.S. Federal Government claims items were delivered)

2.  Email from company confirming that the items were recieved 

 

How can I get PayPal to reopen the case?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
