I am Palestinian. And Paypal dont allow registration under Palestine.
Palestine is occupied by Israel as you know.
We get all our services and Posts through Israel only.
But Israel is closing Palestinian people accounts now.
They closed my account while it was verified from 10 years
Paypal is closing any new account I open also
I opened new account under Belgium and I linked it with Belgium bank but they closed the account also

I need Paypal account to receive my payments of revenues for publishing my books in some book stores as blurb and bookrix and lulu
They allow the payment through paypal only.
Please restore my account as I need the account and paypal dont support my region Palestine and I never used Paypal account in wrong way and there is no disputes or complaints under my account from 20 years using paypal. My records when using paypal are very clean.
Please assist me in restoring my new account at Belgium or old account at Israel
