Hi all, I am seeking an immediate refund of 64.99 USD (Paypal Transaction ID: 6[Removed. Phone #s not permitted] steel deep frying pot - 8 INCH, Specular color). Did not receive the item. The purchase does not show as a transaction because I just activated my Paypal account (I paid for the item on December 10 as a guest because i did not have a Paypal account then): therefore, I cannot go through the Resolution Center to get a refund or file a dispute because there is no record of transaction while I was a Paypal member. I have not heard back from the seller. Paypal does not list any phone numbers to call in this situation. Please advise.
