If their anyone who knows to get in contact with a supervisor about cases on refunds? I provided PayPal Customer service team pictures and all information on the fraudulence of a seller who sent me a phone cover in place of a order I made...PayPal team has constantly fed me the whole we're still looking into it lies because obviously if I sent proof of the situation then what else do they need, and this was a issue I immediately jumped on once I seen where the company was located...I even gave PayPal time to reach to the seller which was well over thirty days ago...who knows what other steps I need to take to get my money back since PayPal is neglecting responsibly for approving a fraudulent account? Also I already to speak with a supervisor or have one reach out to me but PayPal support team is denying me that as well...
