So I have reached a certain milestone and I'm required to confirm my identity. The "personal part" was done easily, but since I have opened my account as a "Business Type", I am also required to provide a business address.
The problem is, I no longer stay with my parents and I'm renting a room elsewhere. Both the utility bills in my parents' house and my rented unit WON'T be having my name on it.
Is there anything I can do about this? What will be the consequences (e.g. the service disruption) that are involved if I am unable to complete the proof of address process?
