Pick the right choice in resolution center

I got to the resolution center and tried to get my problem listed but the only choice it gave me was to report unidentified activity.  I couldn’t click anywhere to change the problem to my issue.  Does anyone know how to help me solve this problem?

If you ONLY had the unauthorised option then it sounds as if you paid using the friends / family option ie you sent a gift of money to someone.
