My account has been temporarily limited for a few months now due to the only document I can submit to prove my physical address. I need my CommBank letter to be accepted by Paypal in place of a bank statement. My bank letter is from the same bank that I have linked to Paypal and it should make sense that it proves my address as well as a bank statement would that shows my bank balance which I would rather keep private.
Please resolve my limitation so I can fairly use my account.
