Hello, i bought by ebay a new phone, but the phone started to fail few days ago, it is refubrished!!! MI ebay account is linked to my paypal acount but i paid my phone typing my credit card, so i can't see my transaction in my paypal acount. Ebay said paypal can help me but i don't know how. Can you help me?
