A few days ago i had received the decision on a dispute which was in the sellers favour but i noticed it had been put under the wrong heading " Not Received".I tried to get through to paypal to request another review because i did receive the item but it was subsequently different to the item ordered.After a while i found a phone number and the person"yes human being" ropened my case in seconds.So i thought ibwould give the number so anyone else can get help instead of talking to a micro chip.PAYPAL CREDIT TEAM <removed>
