I don't know how to deal with a scam.  I ordered a Rotorazer Compact Saw Set through PharmaCentra in November.  On checkout one of the options was using my credit card "through PayPal" but not through a PayPal account which I did.  Never received the product - is it possible to look to PayPal for assistance (credit card statement showed PayPal as recipient) and if so, how???  I can't start a dispute with PayPal as I don't have the usual information as if it was done through my account.  A big boo boo and I don't know what to do - any advice much appreciated.
