I made a personal payment to somebody for an online product, got scammed, and need my money back. This is bs. I have proof he scammed me.I want my money back.

Sorry, friends and family payments have no purchase protection and are considered "gift" payments hence recipients are so easy to disappear. Always use Goods and service payment type to receive purchase protection. Send friends and family payments to actual friends and family.

 

You can try to dispute through credit card instead if that is how you paid.
