Person ID check

Hello good people! Paypal asked me to send documents for personal ID verification. It is said that this check will last 2-4 business days. Now it is 5 days. Any suggestions how to speed up this process? Or this is just a matter of patience ? Thank you!

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
