Hi guys I've had this account since 2013, at that time I was 16 and not legally allowed to have an PayPal account, I just made one so I could buy minecraft with it. One day I got an email that I needed to verify my identity with my ID so I did. Everything was good and the account got unlocked. 5 minutes later I get an email it got blocked again because I wasn't 18 when making the account. Now I can't close the account (permantly limited) Make a new account(phone number is paired with this account) I know they need to be careful with fraudulently people but i was just an boy who wanted minecraft. Do you guys got some options to fix this?

Paypal does not allow account holders under the age of 18.

PayPal asks for a birth date when you register so whilst you can make a PayPal account with false information the account will need to be verified to accept funds into your balance or lift any limits.

As you would be unable to verify your account it would be permanently locked for further use.

You would never be able to use that illegally opened underage account again but once 18 Paypal may allow you open a new account but that is not guaranteed as you have already broken their user agreement rules once.
