Hi, I have recently had my account permanently limited and cannot use PayPal after 19 years of being with them with no problems at all. I tried to buy a watch off ebay from overseas and I guess it was a scam on there end. I was asked by PayPal to send my ID and credit card to verify. Everything is correct. 2 days later I am permanently banned. How can I change this. I have seen on the community page that maybe emailing over and over. When I call them they tell me there is nothing I can do. Can anyone give help to try and change thia
