So, my account got permanently limited back in 2017 and I just remembered it today. Whenever I try to redeem the money inside the account, I get the error "There’s an issue with your account You can contact us for help resolving it. I've contacted paypal support through the resolution/message center, tried live chat on several occasions and the twitter support. Any help is appreciated.
