Permanently limited account and i can't withdraw the money after 6 months

Hello guys, so my account is permanently limited for more than 10 months now and i can't withdraw the money because when they send me the link where i can upload my documents, it says that i took a wrong path and i have to return to the last page.

as you can see, it can't upload my documents and verify. Do you know what the problem is?
