PayPal says my account is a risk and my transactions are held for 180 days. Permanently limited no longer able t9 do business on PayPal. What is this? I’ve done nothing wrong and items I sold were valuable sewing machines from a family estate. We need this money badly and have d9ne nothing wrong at all. How do we resolve this?
