Permanently ban my PayPal account when started a month ago

 I am in a big trouble, I just started with paypal a moth ago. I want PayPal to be used as payouts from sites like Creative Market and Envato . I sell Desgns and the best part is I haven't received any payments in PayPal yet. had problems when started itself. no one could buy designs from me. and I used to talk with the PayPal regarding my issue and now all of sudden they just banned my account permanently as a solution. is there any hope or I'm just done with it.
