Hello just found out my account is permanently restricted and I also found out that I have a balance of $55.87 I have tried everything on my own to get the money off PayPal will not let me call customer service they told me I would have to link a bank account or request a check told him my account will not let me do that could you help me after that so if my account would not let me transfer funds to a bank account or debit card or request a check how the heck do I get my money off
