Just received an email saying that my account is permanently limited ('we're unable to continue offering our services'), does that mean it will not be closed/banned at any point?
Also, i had money in my PayPal balance that *wasn't* on hold and i WAS allowed to withdraw that immediately after being told of my account's outcome and it successfully came through to my personal bank account. However, I have quite a bit of money 'on hold' currently because of eBay sales and i want to ask whether my funds will be released into my PayPal balance, ready for me to withdraw just like my current balance (after eBay allow it to go through)? I have been told my account is limited however i seem to still be able to do a lot of things in my account.
