I am starting a side business and was hoping to be able to use PayPal as a method of receiving payment. I created my account yesterday and I got an email before I even got the account verification email saying that my account has been permanently limited. I have literally done nothing on the website yet, why did my account instantly upon creation get limited? How was I even able to break the policies when all I did was push the Create account button.
