My friend had an account that was limited after he received funds from a buyer who allegedly was not cleared by PayPal. The account was permanently limited, but after the180 days lapsed, he gotstuck withfunds that he cannot access anywhere. How does one withdraw to a Kenyan bank account or even Mpesa (mobile money).
You can't withdraw funds from a Kenyan paypal account.
The only exception is U.S expats can add their bank accounts to other countries paypal accounts (paypal is a U.S company so they allow their citizens to do this).
That is unless your friend has a U.S bank account.
