Permanent Limitation

I have been granted a permanent limitation for reasons i have no idea about. every time i contact paypal i get an auto response and no option to fix this. does anyone have an answer to unlock the holy grail of paypal communication

Ask yourself what you were doing in the last transaction you made before you were permanently limited. Perhaps your activity patterns fit somet security algorithm that triggered the limitation. Risky transactions (high value). Forcing and repeating certain actions because of error messages that may be suspicious.
