Permanent Limitation Without Reason Or Warning

I'm a Sole Trader who sells digital products to leads I locate through my personal Instagram Page. The whole process is through PayPal where they send the money - I never request what method I just say they can choose.

I've just been hit with a permanent limitation and a bank account ban for a reason that is apparent? I've emailed PayPal and checked the email they sent me declaring the limitation and all it says is that I breached the user agreement. I've read through the entire user agreement... twice... and there is not a single thing that I have violated.

I am not mad, just looking for an answer, especially since my bank account was also banned.

Thanks.

An obvious reason would be if you were accepting friends / family payments for purchases.
