Permanent Account Limitation but I'm not at Fault.

I recently received an e-mail from PayPal saying they rejected my appeal request and are permanently limiting my account because I am not 18years old.

But the fact is the documents I submitted prove that I am 18years old, It clearly states my birth date which claims me to have completed my 18 and onto my 19th birthday.

This is PayPal's fault in judging the correct information but I am suffering the loss, I need help ASAP if anybody could help me.

Yes I have messaged them but not received any reply what so ever.

I think the point is were you 18 when you opened that paypal account?

If you were not then it wouldn't matter if you were 30 when Paypal realised you had opened an underage account, it would still be permanently banned.
