Hello, I buy and sell virtual items as a hobby and recently cashed out. A few weeks later I bought a plane ticket and quite a few games with money from both my paypal balance and credit card. I have been permalimited, any ideas on how to fix this possibly? have I been braking the rules?
The plane ticket did cost a fair amount so I'm assuming it was related to that.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
