I need my 3,000+ for bills and my account has apparently been locked to the point where I cannot use it anymore. I don't know what I did, but I provided information to unlock it up to me figuring out I can't use it at all anymore. I can't wait 180 days and I changed banks, so the card on my account isn't available anymore. I can't change the card on my account and I can't take money out at all. Again, I need my money for bills. I can't speak to a human being over the phone. NO ONE PICKS UP. I am very frustrated and I need help.
